Description
Fullform Rotacap – Dual Therapy for Asthma & COPD
Fullform Rotacap is a prescription medicine used for the long-term management of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It contains a combination of two active ingredients: Beclometasone (a corticosteroid) and Formoterol (a long-acting bronchodilator). This combination helps to reduce inflammation in the lungs and keeps airways open, making breathing easier.
Uses of Fullform Rotacap:
- Asthma (wheezing and shortness of breath)
- Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
Benefits of Fullform Rotacap:
Fullform Rotacap is effective in managing and controlling symptoms of asthma and COPD. It works by:
- Reducing inflammation and swelling in the airways
- Relaxing airway muscles for easier breathing
- Relieving symptoms like wheezing, chest tightness, coughing, and breathlessness
The medicine starts working within minutes and its effects last several hours. Regular use improves lung function and enhances quality of life. However, it is not meant for sudden asthma attacks. Use a rescue inhaler for quick relief in emergencies.
How to Use Fullform Rotacap?
- Do not swallow the capsule.
- Use only with a Rotahaler device.
- Place the capsule at the base of the rotahaler (not in the mouthpiece).
- Twist the mouthpiece completely until you hear a click.
- Breathe in deeply through the mouthpiece.
- Hold your breath for 10 seconds, then exhale slowly.
- If powder remains, repeat inhalation.
Make sure your inhalation technique is correct for maximum benefit. Rinse your mouth after each use to avoid fungal infections.
How Fullform Rotacap Works?
- Beclometasone: A corticosteroid that reduces inflammation by blocking chemical messengers causing airway swelling and allergic reactions.
- Formoterol: A long-acting bronchodilator that relaxes airway muscles, widens the airways, and facilitates breathing.
The combination ensures both quick relief and long-term control of symptoms.
Side Effects of Fullform Rotacap:
Most side effects are mild and subside with regular use. Consult your doctor if they persist or worsen.

- Pneumonia
- Pharyngitis (throat inflammation)
- Voice changes (hoarseness)
- Tremors
- Fungal infection in the mouth (can be prevented by rinsing after use)
