Q. Where do your generic medicines come from?
A. Many of our generic medications are manufactured outside the USA and Canada, primarily in countries like India and within the European Union.
Q. Are these generic drugs safe?
A. Yes, absolutely. Our generic drugs are produced under strict European and international regulations, meeting the highest standards for safety and quality.
Q. What is the minimum expiry date for the medicine I receive?
A. All medicines we ship will have a minimum expiry date of 6 months. This is part of our quality policy. If you need a medicine with a longer expiry date, please contact our customer service to specify your requirement.
Q. Why can’t I find a specific product I bought at a local pharmacy on your website?
A. Some medicines sold in physical pharmacies as registered medications or medical devices cannot be sold online due to specific regulations.
Ordering and Prescriptions:
Q. How can I buy a drug that requires a prescription?
A. To purchase a prescription drug online, please send a scanned copy of your prescription to our email: admin@ivermectins.com.
Shipping and Delivery:
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. Generally, delivery takes about 10 to 14 days. However, due to various reasons like customs checks, a large number of packages, specific customs rules, or changed flight schedules, delivery could take up to a maximum of 30 days.
Q. How can I track my order?
A. If your order has a tracking number provided by the logistics company, you can use that to track it. Even without a tracking number, tracking might still be possible depending on the shipping company. You can always ask our Customer Service for the name of the logistics service when you place your order.
Order Changes and Issues:
Q. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
A. Yes, you can cancel your order only if it has not yet been dispatched. In such cases, we will refund your money, and you will only be charged a small cancellation fee. We cannot cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped, which can sometimes happen within 12 hours after the order is placed.
Q. What should I do if I receive the wrong dosage of medicine?
A. If you receive the wrong dosage, please contact us immediately. We will arrange to send you the correct dose of the medicine.
Email and Account Issues:
Q. I completed my order, but I didn’t receive a confirmation email. Why?
A. A confirmation email should arrive automatically within a few seconds after you complete your order. If you don’t see it, please check your Spam or Junk mailbox. If you find it there, please mark it as “Not Spam” or “Add sender to whitelist” to ensure you receive our emails in your main inbox in the future.
Q. What if I entered an incorrect email address?
A. If you entered an invalid email address during registration or when placing your order, you won’t receive email notifications. In this case, you will need to repeat the registration process with the correct email address.
Payment Troubleshooting:
Q. Why can’t I pay with my card, even though I’ve paid online before?
- Security Code/Password: Most likely, you didn’t enter the required password (often called a Security Code) in the final step. Many banks use security protocols like Mastercard SecureCode and Verified by Visa, which require an extra step for online payments. These protocols add a layer of security, giving you more control over unauthorized card use. The sensitive payment data transfer happens directly between your bank and you, protected by a passcode only you know.
- Insufficient Funds: Another reason could be that you don’t have enough money on your card, in which case the system will decline the transaction.
