FLCCC COVID-19 Prevention & Early Outpatient Treatment Protocol

The FLCCC (Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance) developed a protocol using Ivermectin and supportive supplements for the prevention and early treatment of COVID-19. Ivermectin, a globally used anti-parasitic drug, has shown potential antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties. Though not FDA-approved for COVID-19, the NIH updated its stance to “neutral” in January 2021, allowing clinical discretion.

Dosage Instructions:

• Nasopharyngeal Hygiene: Steam inhalation 3x/day; gargle with chlorhexidine/benzydamine or use Betadine nasal spray 2–3x/day.

• Zinc: 100 mg daily
• Melatonin: 10 mg at bedtime
