Directions for Use Retahaler:

1. Hold the Rotahaler vertically; ensure the fin is not below the Rotacap hole
2. Remove a Rotacap from its bottle and insert it into the hole with the transparent end downward
3. Hold the mouthpiece firmly and rotate the base to pierce the Rotacap
4. Breathe out fully, place the mouthpiece between your teeth, and close your lips around it
5. Tilt your head slightly back and inhale deeply and rapidly through the mouth
6. Hold your breath for up to 10 seconds, then breathe out normally
7. If powder remains, repeat the inhalation (step 4)
8. Open the device and dispose of the empty capsule

Steps to Clean the Rotahaler:

1. Separate the two halves of the device
2. Discard any empty Rotacap shells
3. Rinse both halves under clean running water
4. Shake off excess water and allow to air dry completely
