Here’s what happens after you place an order with us:

1. Order Confirmation

After you place an order, we’ll send you an email confirming your purchase. You’ll get another email within 24 hours letting you know that your order is being processed and will be shipped soon. If there’s an issue with your payment, we’ll send you an email about that too.

2. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is ready to go, usually within 24 to 48 hours of you placing it, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. This email will include all your shipping details and an estimated delivery date. You’ll also find a “connect with us” option to help you track your order manually if you need to.

We can ship to your home or work address, whichever you prefer. For added security, you can choose registered airmail, which costs a little more but requires your signature upon delivery. If you’re not home when delivery is attempted, the post office will leave a message with instructions on how to pick up your package. They’ll hold it for about 4 weeks before returning it to us.

3. APO Addresses and PO Boxes

Yes, we can deliver to APO addresses and PO Boxes if that option is available for your chosen shipping method. Just set your preferred address as your primary shipping address.

4. Customs

Since Ivermectins.com is based offshore in India, every order is considered an imported item. Your package might experience a delay when passing through customs. This delay can range from a few days to, in rare cases, up to 3 weeks.

5. Delivery Times

We aim to ship your order within 24 to 48 hours after you place it. The actual delivery time depends on the courier service. If your order is held up in customs, it could take up to 21 days to reach you. If you don’t receive your order within 7 days of placing it, please contact us right away.

6. Reshipments for Lost Orders

If your order gets lost, we’ll either reship it or give you a refund. If you experience a delay, you must report it to customer care within 8 weeks from the day your order was shipped. We’ll process a refund or reshipment as soon as you report it. We cannot offer refunds or reshipments for reports made after 8 weeks.

Here are the conditions for replacing a lost order:

  • The delivery takes more than 7 days longer than what was mentioned in your shipping details.
  • The original shipping date we provided was correct.

Please note: If you provide an incorrect address, you will be charged for the replacement order.

7. Refund and Return Policy

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, we will either refund your money or reship the product to you, based on your preference. Before applying for a refund, please wait a minimum of 30 days from the day your order was placed. If you have any questions about your order or products, we offer telephone support.

For a refund or return, the product must be in a condition where we can resell it. This means it needs to be sealed, unused, unopened, and within its expiry date.
